Communications, Social Media & Newsletter Volunteer
Help share the mission of ACTS 4 Love by supporting our communications and outreach efforts.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and publish content on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
Monitor direct messages, comments, and tags, responding in a timely manner
Assist with replying to emails as needed
Capture or organize photos and videos for posts and promotions
Support fundraising campaigns through focused social media content
Help create and distribute the quarterly volunteer newsletter
Inventory Clerk Volunteer
Help keep our supplies organized so volunteers have the materials they need to serve the community.
Responsibilities:
Track ACTS 4 Love inventory and maintain accurate stock lists
Pull materials for projects and record items removed from inventory
Receive donations and deliveries, adding them to inventory records
Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies
Front Door & Inventory Monitor
Welcome volunteers and help maintain organized inventory during ACTS 4 Love work sessions.
Responsibilities:
Greet volunteers and open the front door during the first 30 minutes of events
Answer the phone and assist with general inquiries during volunteer sessions
Record inventory items as they are added or removed from storage
This role may be combined into a single volunteer position depending on event needs

We are a team of volunteers who sew and craft comfort care items for cancer patients, veterans, local law enforcement, and those in need.
